collected on our Web site is critical to our business objectives and
reputation. As part of our commitment to privacy, we have adopted
this Online Privacy Statement. The extent and type of information
we receive from you on our external Web sites depends on the information
you provide to us through our contact mailboxes and/or through the
registration processes on our site.

The type of client/visitor information i-Meliore collects
generally includes a name, work address, telephone numbers, e-mail
address and any other relevant contact details. We may also collect
information about the use of our products and services, any preferences
that we are told about, or information that is submitted voluntarily
to us, such as requests for further information in a specific area
of interest, an on-line survey or registration for a conference
or event. Finally, we collect any information you send to us when
submitting an RFP.

Internet access logs or cookies. This occurs automatically when
you access i-meliore.com or use our forms to submit information.
This information is used to enhance your visit to our site. It does
not personally identify you and we do not collect sensitive information,
such as your political or religious beliefs, ethnic background or

Why does i-Meliore collect this
information and how do we use it?
The personal information that is provided by or obtained from you
is used and/or held by us for maintaining our records and in order
that we can communicate with you in the manner requested by you
in accordance with this policy. i-Meliore collects this information
to provide clients / visitors with a specific service. For example,
we may use the information provided to us to send relevant updates
of topics that may be of interest. i-Meliore also uses the information
to respond to information requests. For example, if you send us
an e-mail message requesting information about i-Meliore, we will
use your e-mail address and other information you supply to respond
to your request. If we intend to use your personal information to
inform you about other i-Meliore services, we will notify you and
give you an opportunity to decline to receive such communications.
If you send us a resume or curriculum vitae (CV) to apply online
for a position with i-Meliore, we will use the information provided
to match you with available opportunities. Finally, we may use the
information that you submit to us as part of your RFP to put together
a proposal for your project as well as to generate a cost estimate.

i-Meliore will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply
to third parties any personal information obtained from clients.

have authorized us to so do, or if we are required to do so by law.
We treat as confidential all information submitted to us, unless
permission to do otherwise is obtained from you or we are required
by law. Please note that if at any time i-Meliore is required by
law to release information about you or your organization, i-Meliore
will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
Scope of the policy
Please note, this Privacy Statement does not apply to actions,
processes or policies of i-Meliore that are directly related to
employee records of current or former employees.

i-Meliore will update this privacy statement as required.
If changes to our policy do occur, they will be posted on i-Meliore’s
Web site so that those affected are always aware of the type of
information collected, how the information may be used, and under
what circumstances and to whom it may be disclosed by i-Meliore.
